Our Favorite Salmon Recipes

Our Favorite Salmon Recipes

Salmon is by far our favorite fish to cook at home. It is so versatile, so you can whip it into so many different creative dishes from tacos to asian bowls. The taste is the obvious reason we keep making this fish, but the health benefits are also a huge pull.

Salmon has a very high essential fat content, but the GOOD kind. This makes it super beneficial for your heart and bones! Salmon is rich in Omega-3 Fatty acids, a great source of protein, loaded with potassium, and high in B vitamins. Omega-3 Fatty acids are fantastic for your skin and hair. They help your skin hold onto moisture, giving you that glow and preventing signs of aging. It is rich in vitamin D which helps to prevent hair loss and increases growth. Omega-3’s are also known to help fight depression, improve eye health,  prevent heart disease, fight inflammation, the list goes on.

We have definitely seen the results in the physical health benefits from incorporating this delicious fish into our diet on the regular, but its also just a crowd pleaser that we now crave! From oven baked, pan seared, to grilled on the BBQ you can’t go wrong with some of our favorite ways to make salmon. Feel free to get creative with the way you cook this fish, but the seasoning flavors here are something you won’t want to mess with!
