Recipe: Margarita Chicken
I would ask for this every year for my birthday growing up. It is the perfect recipe especially on a warm summer day. Only 5 ingredients total, so we would always make this camping, for a pool day, or for an easy weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
Nonalcoholic margarita mix
Lime juice
Crushed garlic
Chicken thighs (can do boneless skinless or skin/bone in.
Coarse sea salt to sprinkle on top
Directions:
Combine margarita. mix, lime juice, crushed garlic, and chicken thighs into a bowl
Marinate for at least an hour
Grill or pan sear chicken
They key is to top with coarse sea salt
