Ingredients for the peanut sauce:
1/4 cup creamy peanut putter
2 tbsp agave
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili flakes or chili oil for extra spice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
juice from 1/2 lime
**optional to add 2 tsp fish sauce
Other Ingredients:
12 oz rice noodles
shredded chicken (use rotisserie to make this extra simple)
shredded carrots
green onion
cilantro
chopped peanuts
bean sprouts sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Cook 12 oz rice noodles (follow cook time accordingly but usually 5-7 minutes)
2. Whisk together all peanut sauce ingredients until it becomes a creamy consistency.
3. Mix together noodles, chicken and sauce until fully covered
4. Add toppings and enjoy!
