We went back & forth with giving tips on staying healthy during the holidays b/c we want everyone to focus on being in the moment and not over thinking about what you’re eating —we ain’t about that life. The holidays should be spent guilt free + enjoying quality time with family and friends, not keeping track of calories or how many cookies you’ve had! BUT almost all of you voted in our poll that this is helpful so we wanted to share a simple list — some things we’ve personally been doing to keep us feeling all gucci through the holiday chaos (nothing too strict or overwhelming). That “all or nothing” mindset creeping into your head? BUH BYE

  • Hydrate in between all the holiday festivities. You should be doing this everyday but it’s easy to forget when traveling / so much going on. Set a reminder on your phone first thing in the am. A hydrater really helps too like liquidIV.

  • Quick workouts in the mornings or neighborhood walks/hikes — been going with family and hometown friends as a social activity

  • Always save room for dessert AKA don’t overeat during meals. If you’re like us, we 100% know we will be reaching for whatever sugary substance is in sight. So keep that in mind before you start feasting... we go for dessert whether we’re full or not lol.

  • We personally avoid sugary drinks (vodka soda with limes and mint please!) to avoid hangovers, tummy aches and just feeling like sh**

  • Be sure to still get your greens! Even with all the sugary treats and holiday meals, you can get the right nutrients. Grab your favs, but then load up the rest of your plate with veggies 🥗

  • Don’t over sleep. Sure, it’s your break you don’t need to wake up at 6am everyday, but let’s not sleep till noon and waste away your free time. Plan something at a reasonable hour in the morning with a family member or friend, and get up and at em.

  • Self Care! If you are lucky and have a break from work or school, treat yourself to some quality beauty time. Go get a mani pedi with a friend, give yourself an at home facial, take some time to just treat yo self.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! Love you guys! ❤️

    Keep it Sweaty,
