Trader Joe's $30 Guide
FOR ALL OUR TRADER HOE’S OUT THERE: Jo’s weekly grocery guide is a hit!
Didn’t realize it was that cray to only spend ~$30 on groceries until we legit got hundreds of DM’s asking how we keep our grocery trip so cheap. We’re balling on a budget here so keeping the cost of food down is crucial.
Keep in mind: Jo doesn’t eat meat so you can substitute the veggie burgers if ya need to. My go to meal prep with this list includes overnight oats, avocado toast + eggs, veggie quinoa stir fry, smoothies, hard boiled eggs, veggie burger with potatoes + roasted carrots, yogurt with berries and toasted oats, just to name a few.
We usually go out to eat for dinner on the weekends and an occasional brunch, but this fuels us aside from that! It may not look like much when listed out below, but once you get a little creative there’s legit so many recipe options (will be posting some throughout the week).
