Monday Must Haves: Home Workout Edition
We love home workouts when we are too busy to make it to a studio class or just feel like sweatin’ it out in the comfort of our own living room. With COVID-19 it’s less of a choice, but the only option in order to stay safe and keep yourself and others healthy. Luckily there are tons of resources for online workouts. Here are a few of our favorites:
@classpass has home workout streaming on their app! We know so many of you use CP, so pause your membership and stream away!
@pvolve — one of our favs for streaming
@fitonapp — a ton of great home workouts, with a variety of workout types + instructors
IG ladies to follow: Some of our fav girls @lovesweatfitness and @katieaustin both have their own apps, and @katieyovin has a ton of videos on her IG page, personal trainer @getrealbyali, Dogpound trainer @Olivia.poling.

YOUTUBE! As easy as it sounds. There are so many videos you can literally just search and watch for free. We love @madfit.ig videos and will also just search for “HIIT / full body” workouts
Walk / run outside (depending on where you live and if you feel comfortable doing so). We’ve been doing this for at least 20 minutes a day. Such a lifer!
