REVIEW: LIT Method
This place is LIT! To be honest, we started this morning in slow motion because of a major hangover from the previous night’s antics, but this class gave us the kick in the butt we needed. As soon as class starts, the room goes completely black and the music goes up. Great vibes to let you fully zone in to the workout. This 50 minute class combines cardio on a rower with TRX bands (wood/plastic bars instead of fabric - kinda hurt my hands, but had better grip) and body weight exercise. No running, no jumping, and no weights. It’s all about building muscle with low injury risk, hence the name LIT (low impact training), while also maximizing cardio burn. This class definitely exceeded my expectations and I would suggest for those who need a little bit more cardio in their life, but are scared of boot camp style classes.
