Wall squats are the closest thing you are going to get to a break in this kick ass class. @hallhathnofury has an upbeat energy that is equal parts hilarious and evil π because he always pushes you that extra oomph. We swear he has eyes in the back of his head to make sure you never slack off. From yodel kid remix to hardcore rap, the music alone makes you feel bad ass. Motion focuses on strength building, with cardio moves mixed in to maximize calorie burn and booty gains π If you are looking for a workout that is the most bang for your buck, this would be the class. @hallhathnofury does a great job of giving personal attention, even in a group setting. Tip: people who are new to weight lifting must pay close attention to form in warmups. Since it is such a fast paced environment, you donβt wanna risk hurtin yo self because of improper form! Push yourself, but know your limit. Form over everythangggπͺπΌ
