We’ve been in our home for a little over two months and after lots of hard work, we are finally feeling settled in. We are still rearranging things and ordering a couple new pieces (the list is never ending) but I wanted to share all the progress we’ve made so far.

Wishbone Chairs - we love these chairs and they are super affordable! We got the ones that come in a set to save money.
Framebridge Oversized Grid Gallery Wall - just hung up all of these (the whole process will in a vlog on YouTube soon!) and they completely the space.

LIVING ROOM
Living Spaces Sectional Sofa - I fully customized this because I couldn’t find the right size and/or color combo that I wanted. My receipt says: SP Mercer Foam Sofa and Loveseat - Zander Ivory (it was about $1,375 before tax, delivery and warranty).
Rattan Chairs - a home goods find! Here are one’s that are similar.
CB2 Concrete Coffee Table - I can’t find the exact same one but this is their new version of it
Studio McGee x Target 93” Olive Tree - such great quality for the price!
Target x Studio McGee Purple Pot Arrangement - recently got this at Target. It’s great for fall!
Roller Shades - purchased from 3 Day Blinds. We got the motorized/electric roller shades in all the common areas.
HOME OFFICE
CB2 White Oak Ridge Desk - just got this desk and both Connor and I are so obsessed with it. It totally makes the space. It’s currently on backorder but well worth the wait!
Pink Chair - purchased from Amazon but cannot find the right product. We are getting a new chair soon!
Artwork - this one was a Home Goods find in Palm Desert. I’ve seen a few similar at local HG in Orange County though.

MYX Fitness Bike - I love this bike so much! It’s much more affordable than a Peloton, and still just as good of a workout. It comes with a ton of weights and equipment too.
Amazon Yoga Mat - Amazon has incredible workout equipment thats affordable yet great quality.
Amazon Basics Weights - Amazon has incredible workout equipment thats affordable yet great quality.

Light Fixture - easy way to transform a space
Amazon Floating Wood Shelves - these shelves are such great quality for the price. We had them at our old place as well!
Round Mirror - this used to be in our living room but we moved it into the bathroom in our new place. It fit perfectly!
Brooklinen White Towels - we have these towels stocked up in our home. Our guests love them so much!
PRIMARY BEDROOM
Bedside Lamps - I found the lamps on the nightstands from Home Goods; they’re Ralph Lauren Home Brand. I found these ones in gold that look similar.
Lull Bed Mattress - such a great mattress.
Tufted Wood Leg Striped Studio McGee x Target Bench - just got this last weekend and obsessed.
White dresser is from Living Spaces. I Living Spaces doesn’t carry the exact one anymore, so I just recommend just browsing their site for something similar.
Wayfair Wood Nighstands - these are out of stock but here are similar ones.
PRIMARY BATHROOM

Pink Skincare Fridge - an essential if you are into your skincare and want to take it up a notch. Feels so luxe.

Amazon Black Marble Tray - I like to keep my every day skincare products on this.
GUEST BEDROOM

IKEA 8 Drawer HEMNES Dresser - these are always listed on FB Marketplace so I’d recommend looking there before buying it brand new to save money!
Samsung Frame TV - expensive so I’d recommend getting it for a common area space that you will see/use it a lot. It really does look like a photo frame!

KITCHEN
*I am still working on the kitchen - we will be changing all of the hardware!
Ruggable Kitchen Runner 2.5’ x 7’ - such a great rug because it’s stain resistant and you can just throw it in the washing machine whenever it get’s dirty.
Amazon Black Faucet - easy to swap out.
Breville Juice Fountain - One of my absolute favorite purchases last year.
