Jo's Home Tour (Everything is Linked!)
Finally, a home tour of my little beach house! Feel like every time I post on stories people ask me to do a home tour so wanted to put together a blog post with photos and links so you can browse everything all in one place. I’ll break it down below by the room (i.e. Living Room or Bedroom) and list out as many pieces as I can!
I’ve been in my place for about 10 months now, so some of the things are now out of stock or unavailable. I’ve done my best to put together some similar options for those items so you can still achieve the same look!
As always, let me know if you have any questions.
LIVING ROOM - probably my favorite spot in my whole home! It feels bright and beachy, but still comfy and not too boho. We have a TV mounted to the wall on the left side of the couch (throwback to when we hired a Task Rabbit to install this and they drilled 4 massive holes in the wall… LOL), and the dining room area is to the right.
Sofa is from Living Spaces. I fully customized this because I couldn’t find the right size and/or color combo that I wanted. My receipt says: SP Mercer Foam Sofa and Loveseat - Zander Ivory (it was about $1,375 before tax, delivery and warranty).
Concrete coffee table is CB2. I can’t find the exact same one but it looks like this is their new version of it
Jute Rug is from Wayfair - linked here
Surf Shack book is perfect for any coffee table - linked here
Beach print is off Etsy - linked here. I downloaded it, printed it at FedEx and then framed it myself. Definitely the cheaper way to go rather than purchasing an already framed print off somewhere like Urban Outfitters. However, that is much less time consuming.
Pillows are all from Target except for the tan leather one. Large pillows linked here and smaller pillows linked here
Hanging pendant light in the corner is from World Market - linked here.
Brass floor lamp (not pictured above) is from Target - linked here.
Candle is from Anthropologie - linked here.
DINING ROOM - So I wouldn’t necessarily call this a formal dining “room”, it’s more like the same space as the living room but I’m trying to be mature and have a nice spot to eat dinner, ya feel? I have this set up in the corner right when you walk in, with lots of natural light.
Dining room table is from Macy’s Home. I can’t find the same exact one but this one looks pretty similar. I think that a quality, durable dining table is one of the best things to splurge on, since you’re going to use it everyday and it’s typically such a focal point in an apartment/home.
The black metal dining chairs are from Wayfair - linked here.
MASTER BEDROOM - I like to keep my bedroom as simple as possible, I can’t stand clutter in general but especially where I sleep since this is my sanctuary. Simple and peaceful with a neutral color scheme.
Headboard is from Living Spaces - linked here. And it’s on sale now!
Rug is from Wayfair - linked here. There are so many different colors! Majority of my room is white / neutrals so decided to go with blue to liven it up a bit.
Nightstands are from Wayfair and look way more expensive then they actually are (isn’t that always the goal?). It looks like Wayfair changed the design a bit since I purchased them 2 years ago but linking here.
I found the lamps on the nightstands from Home Goods, and they’re Ralph Lauren Home Brand. I found these ones in gold that look similar. I got them about 1.5 years ago.
White dresser is from Living Spaces. I got this almost 4 years ago! Think it might be time to get a new one soon but this has been such a solid purchase. This dresser was my first “adulting” purchase with all my own money right after graduating college haha! It doesn’t look like Living Spaces carries the exact one anymore, so I recommend just browsing their site.
My mattress is from Lull Bed and the white linen duvet is Hotel Collection from Macy’s Home - linking here (looks like they’re sold out of white right now though).
Mirror was found at the Home Goods in Irvine/Tustin.
JO’S WFH “OFFICE” / GUEST BEDROOM - So this looked very different about two weeks ago, and has now quickly transformed into my home office. I’m honestly digging this set up so far. Still need to find something to hang above the desk area on the blank wall though. Any ideas?
Desk Chair is from Amazon but I can only find it on Wayfair now in a set of 2 - linking here. Also, found this one that looks similar (just a different back) - linking here.
Jo’s FAVORITE planner of all time is linked here (Also, you can get 15% off your first order if you sign up for their newsletter)
Fiddle leaf fig tree is from IKEA. Surprising, right?! Linked here.
The mirrored desk was stolen from my little sister! She found it at Home Goods.
The rest of the room is in the process of being redecorated so I will continue to update this as it comes together!
KITCHEN - TBH, I really can’t stand this kitchen, if I could picture a kitchen in a horror film this would be it. All I want is white marble, natural hardwood floors and some updated cabinets… is that too much to ask? Since Connor and I are just renting this place, we don’t want to put too much money into revamping it but we’ve gotten creative. I’ve been working to redo the kitchen area as much as possible without spending too much money or doing anything permanent. Starting with these new tiles and cabinet knobs!
Kitchen tiles that I just installed are from Wall Pops. I am OBSESSED. This company is literally genius, they have so many different prints and you just peel and stick the tiles down - linking here. We’re in the process of trying to get a discount code for you guys though!
Ninja XL Air Fryer - linked here.
Keurig Coffee Maker - linked here.
My new black cabinet knobs are from Amazon. The round ones are Amazon basic linked here and the drawer pulls are linked here.
