Recipe: Copycat Panda Express Orange Chicken + Rice

Chicken Ingredients:
3 large chicken breasts
1 cup flour
2 eggs
garlic powder
S&P
Breakfast Sandwich Ingredients:
1 egg
2 slices turkey bacon
1/2 avocado
1 slice of cheese
Orange Honey Glaze Sauce:
2/3 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sriracha
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp ginger (minced)
1 tsp corn starch mix with 2 tsp water to create a paste)

Directions:
Cut chicken breast into cubes
Mix together flour, S&P, garlic powder.
Whisk eggs in a bowl, add in chicken cubes. Transfer chicken to dry mix and cover fully.
Spray with olive oil.
Cook chicken at 350 for 15 mins or until golden brow.
In a large pan, simmer fresh OJ, rice vinegar, sriracha, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger over medium heat. Slowly add corn starch paste into sauce pan. Stir until a syrup like consistency.
Add in chicken until fully coated in sauce.
Serve on top of rice. Also love with peppers and onion. Top with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
