Recipe: Spicy Honey Glazed Salmon Bowl
This spicy honey glazed salmon bowl is the dinner of my dreams and it’s *husband * approved! These bowls are perfect for weekly meal prep, whipping up for a casual dinner or if you’re hosting friends. It’s a crowd pleaser no matter the occasion.
INGREDIENTS
Salmon - I recommend getting BBQ / center cut pieces so they are thicker.
Jasmine rice
Edamame
Cucumber
Shredded carrots
Avocado
Green onion
Olive oil
Honey
Sriracha
Coconut amino acids
Garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
Sesame seeds
HOW TO
First pat dry the salmon, then cut into small cubes. Make sure to cut off the skin as well. I recommend getting BBQ / center cut pieces so they are thicker.
For the glaze mix up the following ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 2 tsp coconut amino acids
- 1 tsp garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
**You can double the recipe if you prefer extra sauce or are making for a larger group!Pour 3/4 of the sauce mixture over the raw salmon and coat evenly. You’ll use remaining sauce to drizzle over the bowl at the end.
Cook salmon in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until crispy. You want the outside of the salmon to be a little brown + they should be sizzlinnnn’!
Assemble your bowl with jasmine rice, cucumbers, shredded carrots, avocado and edamame. Top with sesame seeds and green onion.
