Recipe: Maple Baked Pears

Recipe: Maple Baked Pears

MAPLE BAKED PEARS
This is the perfect and easiest fall dessert. It’s just five ingredients and your whole house will be smelling amazing. It also looks very fancy, but in reality is so simple. Definitely a crowd pleaser!

INGREDIENTS

  • Pears

  • Cinnamon

  • Pure Maple Syrup

  • Your favorite granola or mixture of nuts

  • Greek yogurt or Marscapone cheese

HOW TO:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 & prep the pears! Cut pears in half and then slice a little off the back of each half to help them stand flat while baking. Then Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.

  2. Season the pears! Sprinkle with cinnamon (more or less, do you) and drizzle with maple syrup (make sure it’s 100% pure maple syrup. The only ingredient on the bottle should literally be..maple syrup lol)

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes

  4. 5 minutes before done baking - sprinkle with granola of your choice. I used @purely_elizabeth vanilla almond butter granola. Pop back in the oven for the last 5ish and remove once the sides look slightly golden.

  5. Top with Greek yogurt (or mascarpone cheese) and a little more maple syrup. Enjoy!!
