Recipe: 3 Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels

3 ingredient air fryer bagels are the star of the show for this high protein breakfast sandwich 🥯🤯. These remind me of McDonald’s breakfast drive thru as a kid, but in a much more elevated and *healthier* way. So simple to make & each breakfast sandwich has 29g of protein. this recipe makes 4 bagels but warning - you’re going to want to eat the whole batch👇🏻

Bagel Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup 0% Fage yogurt

  • 2 tsp Baking powder

  • 1 egg

  • pinch of salt

  • EBTB seasoning

Breakfast Sandwich Ingredients:

  • 1 egg

  • 2 slices turkey bacon

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 slice of cheese

Directions:

  • preheat 300 in air fryer

  • combine flour, baking powder, salt and yogurt in a bowl then mix.

  • Place flour on counter and knead the dough

  • cut 4 even pieces and roll into balls. Poke hole in the middle

  • brush bagels with egg wash and season with lots of EBTB

  • bake in air fryer for 12 - 14 mins or until golden brown

  • slice into halves and add egg, turkey bacon, cheese and avocado.
