Recipe: 3 Ingredient Air Fryer Bagels
3 ingredient air fryer bagels are the star of the show for this high protein breakfast sandwich 🥯🤯. These remind me of McDonald’s breakfast drive thru as a kid, but in a much more elevated and *healthier* way. So simple to make & each breakfast sandwich has 29g of protein. this recipe makes 4 bagels but warning - you’re going to want to eat the whole batch👇🏻
Bagel Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup 0% Fage yogurt
2 tsp Baking powder
1 egg
pinch of salt
EBTB seasoning
Breakfast Sandwich Ingredients:
1 egg
2 slices turkey bacon
1/2 avocado
1 slice of cheese
Directions:
preheat 300 in air fryer
combine flour, baking powder, salt and yogurt in a bowl then mix.
Place flour on counter and knead the dough
cut 4 even pieces and roll into balls. Poke hole in the middle
brush bagels with egg wash and season with lots of EBTB
bake in air fryer for 12 - 14 mins or until golden brown
slice into halves and add egg, turkey bacon, cheese and avocado.
