Recipe: PB&J Protein Pancakes

Was craving PB&J so turned it into pancakes with 28g of protein!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup oats (blend first)

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup plant based milk

  • 1/2 Banana

  • Cinnamon

  • Agave

  • *Optional to add in protein powder for even more protein!

  • Peanut butter

  • Raspberries

  • Honey

Directions:

  • Blend together 1/2 banana, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oats (blend first to make a powder), 1/2 cup plant based milk, cinnamon

  • Top with raspberry β€œjam” (mashed raspberries + honey) & peanut butter
