Recipe: PB&J Protein Pancakes
Was craving PB&J so turned it into pancakes with 28g of protein!
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup oats (blend first)
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup plant based milk
1/2 Banana
Cinnamon
Agave
*Optional to add in protein powder for even more protein!
Peanut butter
Raspberries
Honey
Directions:
Blend together 1/2 banana, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oats (blend first to make a powder), 1/2 cup plant based milk, cinnamon
Top with raspberry βjamβ (mashed raspberries + honey) & peanut butter
