Recipe: Grain-Free Superfood Granola (GF)
This grain-free crunchy superfood granola takes less time to make than going to the grocery store and it’s packed with protein, healthy fats and antioxidants. It’s a great gluten-free option with a ton of flavor.
I loveeee to meal prep this at the beginning of the week and then I just store it in my pantry so I have it on hand for my yogurt bowls and snacking through the week.
Ingredients:
Raw walnuts - 1 cup
Raw pecans - 1/2 cup
Raw slivered almonds - 1/2 cup
Dried blueberries (or cranberries) - 1/4 cup
Coconut shreds - 1/2 cup
Chia seeds - 1 tsp
Hemp seeds - 1 tsp
Melted coconut oil - 1/4 cup
Agave - 1 tsp
Cinnamon
Salt
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients (except for hemp seeds and chia seeds) in a large bowl.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Remove sheet and mix in hemp seeds and chia seeds while warm.
